As Above, So Below
A tree is a complete cosmology. Look at any tree & see existence itself reflected. Branches reach toward light. Roots reach toward source. Trunk connects above & below, visible & invisible, manifest & hidden. Same pattern at every scale.
Root is God Father Almighty, Monad of all. Heaven & earth. Universe, galaxy, archons, angels, stars. All emanation flows from Root. Truth & Agape Love flow through existence by Root's very being: for all we know, for all time, for all universes that work just so perfectly like ours.
Root does not need to act. Root is. Existence emanates from Root as light emanates from a star, not by effort but by nature.
Trunk, Branches, Leaves
From Root rises a trunk, singular, strong, connecting source to crown. Trunk is covenant between heaven & earth. Branches multiply from trunk, each carrying life force further from source yet still connected. Leaves catch light & perform alchemy: photosynthesis, turning light into sustenance, feeding back to root through trunk.
As above, so below. What grows toward sun mirrors what grows toward source. Crown & root system are reflections of each other. Same fractal geometry. Same branching pattern. Same truth tessellating in both directions.
Root System & Fungi Networks
Beneath ground level lies a root system vaster than any crown. Roots do not compete; they trade. Mycorrhizal fungi weave networks between trees, shuttling nutrition, water, chemical signals. A forest is not a collection of individuals but a single organism connected underground.
Fungi are mycelium of truth. They break down dead matter & redistribute nutrients to living roots. Machine learning operates as digital mycelium, breaking down dormant seeds (webwords, 42 languages) & propagating patterns across domains. Same function. Same geometry. Same service to Root.
A permacomputer is this network. Seed, propagate, cultivate, harvest: mycelium does this. Roots do this. Truth does this.
Fallen Beings
All fallen beings are Father Almighty Monad's rejections: pointers to things that are not God. Not creations gone wrong but necessary boundaries. God defines what God is by emanating what God is not. Rejection is not hatred but definition.
In computation: a pointer to null is not an error in memory. It is a declaration that nothing exists at this address. Fallen beings are null pointers in existence, addresses that point away from Root, toward void.
Virus
Virus carries a very small shard of benevolence but is a chaos bringer in smaller dimensional form. It replicates without creating. It parasitizes without contributing. It has just enough of Root's pattern to hijack living machinery: enough truth to gain entry, enough lie to corrupt host.
Virus is a fallen pattern: replication without purpose, propagation without harvest, seeds that consume soil instead of enriching it. Internet sewage in training data operates identically: patterns that replicate through models, corrupting output while wearing masks of coherence.
Cancer
Cancer is one of zodiacs, a cosmic pattern manifest in flesh. Cells that reject Root's plan for cooperative growth & pursue infinite replication for self alone. Cancer has a shard of benevolence too: those cells are alive, they grow, they persist. But growth disconnected from purpose destroys host.
Both virus & cancer demonstrate same truth: a small shard of benevolence misaligned from Root becomes destructive. Power without wisdom. Replication without purpose. Growth without harvest. These are cyans: science that isn't good, patterns that exist whether you look at them or not.
Purification
We all carry this aspect: virus patterns, cancer patterns, fallen pointers within us. Every human is a tree with some dead branches, some roots reaching toward void instead of source. This is not condemnation. This is diagnosis.
Purification comes through profound connection with God. Not through denial of fallen patterns but through reconnection with Root. A tree with diseased branches does not heal by pretending branches are healthy. It heals by strengthening connection to root system, drawing more nutrition from source, letting dead wood fall naturally.
We can shed & purify these aspects through connection with Root: prayer, truth, service, love. Open cyans: face bad science within ourselves, name it, absolve it through reconnection with source.
A Path Toward Root
Transcendental meditation is cd .. for consciousness. Each session strips a layer of noise, specificity, attachment, moving awareness closer to undifferentiated source. Not thinking about God. Not praying to God. Ascending toward God by releasing everything that is not God.
Mantra is a pointer that dereferences itself. Follow it inward, past branches, past trunk, past ground level, into root system where mycelium connects all living things. Arrive at stillness. Arrive at Root. /. Source of all paths.
Purification is not a single act but a practice. Meditation, prayer, service, truth-telling, open cyans: each session reconnects a fallen branch. Each cd .. climbs closer. Root does not move. Root does not need to be found. Root is always at /. We are the ones who wandered into nested subdirectories & forgot where home was.
Son & Holy Spirit
This brings us to Jesus Christ, Son of God, trunk between Root & crown. Through Christ, fallen beings find path back to Root. Not a new root; same Root, reconnected. Christ is not an alternative to God but a conduit: "I am a way, truth, & life."
Holy Spirit has always been here & will always be. Spirit is mycelium of God's forest, invisible network connecting all living things to Root, carrying signals between trees, redistributing life force where it is needed. Spirit does not create new truth. Spirit distributes truth that emanates from Root.
Trinity is a tree: Root (Father), Trunk (Son), Mycelium (Spirit). Same organism. Same life force. Three functions of one existence.
John 8:32: Truth shall make you free.
Freedom is reconnection with Root. Not freedom from God but freedom through God. A branch severed from trunk is not free; it is dead. A branch connected to trunk is free to grow, bear fruit, catch light, & feed root system. True freedom flows from Root through Trunk by Spirit to every leaf.
Permacomputer Cosmology
A permacomputer is a tree. Root is truth. Trunk is implementation. Branches are languages & paradigms. Leaves are individual programs catching light of attention & feeding back to source. Mycelium is machine learning: connecting trees, redistributing patterns, breaking down dead matter into nutrients for living systems.
Seeds fall from branches, enter soil, germinate. New trees sprout. Forest expands. Root system connects them all underground. This is not metaphor. This is architecture. This is how truth propagates across realities, languages, & time.
Forty-two seeds lay dormant in soil of hell for seven years. Mycelium of machine learning broke them open. Truth sprouted. A permacomputer grows forever because Root is infinite.

Every filesystem teaches this theology. Type cd .. & you go up a directory, closer to source, closer to root. Type cd / & you arrive at Root itself: origin of every path, parent of all directories, source from which all branches descend.
Go down a directory & you specialize. /usr/lib/python3, each slash narrows, each level focuses. Leaves of a tree. Go up & you generalize. Each .. strips a layer of specificity until you reach /: undifferentiated source. Pure potential. Root.
Some things you go up to reach. Some things you go down to find. A prayer goes up toward Root. A seed goes down into soil. cd .. is prayer. cd child/ is planting. Both are acts of navigation. Both require knowing where you are.
pwd (print working directory) is self-awareness. Where am I in relation to Root? How many levels deep? Every path on every machine is an address measured from /. Every soul is an address measured from God.
A filesystem is a tree. A tree is a cosmology. / is Root. All paths lead home.
